Brickstone Hostel Neu-Ulm

Our facility is a young hostel in an old but newly renovated and completely modernised brickstone building. Our small dorms, double and single rooms are comfortable, colourful and clean. Travelers can expect personalized service with lots of information about the city and its surroundings, along with tips on great spots for hiking, cycling, canoe tours or other active pursuits.

Prepare yourself something to eat in the well-equipped self-catering kitchen and meet other travelers in the common room or – in summer – in our cozy courtyard.

Please note: we are a non-smoking hostel and we have no TV.

Directions toBrickstone Hostel Neu-Ulm

From the train station in ULM:

By bus: Take bus no. 7 (direction Willy-Brandt-Platz über Neu-Ulm), get off at the bus stop Schützenstraße and walk against the direction of the bus for about 50 meters. You will find the brickstone hostel on the left-hand side (no. 42) – welcome!

From the train station in NEU-ULM:
all regional trains coming from the direction of Munich also stop in Neu-Ulm. From here, it is a 10-minute walk to our hostel. If you are coming from the direction of Munich, keep walking in the direction of travel, up the stairs and always straight ahead until you reach a T intersection. There, you turn to the right and you always follow the street (Hermann-Köhl-Straße). This street finally makes a curve to the left and is then called Schützenstraße. After about 200 meters, you will find the brickstone hostel on the left-hand side (no. 42) – welcome!

By car:
Motorway A8 Stuttgart or Munich:
Exit Ulm-West, feeder road Friedrichshafen B10 via city-motorway Ulm. After the tunnel, get into the right-hand lane, direction Neu-Ulm, after the exit get into the left-hand lane (at traffic light left direction Stadtmitte Neu-Ulm), underneath the railway. This is already the Schützenstraße. After about 2 km you will find the No. 42 on your right-hand side – welcome to the Brickstone Hostel!

Motorway A7 coming from the direction of Würzburg/Feuchtwangen:
At the three-leg motorway interchange Ulm/Elchingen on the A8 direction Stuttgart. Exit Ulm-West, feeder road Friedrichshafen B10 via city-motorway Ulm. After the tunnel, get into the right-hand lane, direction Neu-Ulm, after the exit get into the left-hand lane (at traffic light left direction Stadtmitte Neu-Ulm), underneath the railway. This is already the Schützenstraße. After about 2 km you will find the No. 42 on your right-hand side – welcome to the Brickstoe Hostel!

Motorway A7 coming from the direction of Kempten: At the three-leg motorway interchange Hittistetten take exit Ulm/Neu-Ulm/Senden, then take exit Neu-Ulm / Stadtmitte Turn left at the first crossing (direction Wiblingen) and go straight ahead. At STOP sign turn to the right, direction Ulm Follow the direction of Neu-Ulm / Stadtmitte (about 500 m). Pass under a big bridge and drive straight on. This is already the Schützenstraße. Follow the road for about 2 km and you will find the No. 42 on your right-hand side – welcome to the Brickstone Hostel!

Wir waren am Donnerstag zur "Stürmt die Burg" - Eröffnung auf der Wilhelmsburg und es war schön! Mit Musik, Light Show, Essen und Getränken... Und mit einem Bus-Shuttle ab der Innenstadt. Also nichts wie hin ;)

Ulms großes Fest-Wochende geht los: heute Abend ganz romantisch bei der Lichterserenade an/auf der Donau - Fotos folgen ;) Viel Spaß allen, die zuschauen!Ob Lichterserenade, Nabada, Konzerte oder traditionelle Umzüge - für jeden war was dabei und das alles bei schönstem Wetter :)

Juchuu - gestern ging die"Ulmer-Zelt"-Saison wieder los. Pünktlich zu Starttag hat auch der Regen aufgehört und wir freuen uns auf tolle 6 Wochen mit Musik, Vari??t??, Kabarett, Flohmärkten, Kinderprogramm, Essen, Trinken und vielem mehr!!!

Unser Tipp für heute Abend: auf ins Roxy - zum Musikmarathon! Es spielen 20 Bands - jeweils 15 Minuten. Da ist für jeden was dabei :) Los geht es um 18.00 Uhr - der Eintritt (10 Euro) wird für einen guten Zweck gespendet.Süddeutschlands größtes Benefizfestival mit vielen Bands im Viertelstundentakt feiert 15jähriges Jubiläum. HINGEHEN.ROCKEN.HELFEN.NICHTS WIE HIN!!!! :)
